This is what happens when you hit a pool of water at 60mph.......
I lost control on the freeway and spun out into the ditch. I am perfectly fine, the car is really not that bad, and insurance has got it all covered .............But it still sucks!! :mad2:

I was involved with extensive research into hydro-planing by aircraft--totaled a 4 engine bomber after hydo-planing 7,000 feet and losing 10 kts of speed. Any tire will start hydro-planing at approx 55 mph--inflation pressure and tread design helps some--but under proper conditions, they all will--keep this in mind--a car will hydro-plane in 1/16th inch or less of water--drive safely, but with GUSTO, Maury

Yes, Olympia collision is doing the work, I am not sure how long it is going to take them to fix it, they said they would get me a time in a couple of days.
Are they good? I ve never done business through them, but the insurance company seems to like them.

Glad to hear that you are doing fine.
Is the rear bumper cover salvageable? I could use one.

They did the replace and paint on Lindas rear facia after she got rear ended. Simple enough job, so hard to tell. They seem to know what they are doing.
They are going to repaint where the windshied repair guy scratched the fenders and hood once Linda gets the time to get back down there.

Stopped by during "visiting hours". Parked next to her so she would have some company.
She's hurting now, but they will make her all better.
I would get ahold of Wes at inovative interceptors and get the resonator delete tips scince they have to be replaced anyway.:)
