Anyone see the Fox5 Report from the concert at JAXX Tuesday?

Was anyone watching the Fox5 10 o'clock news on Tuesday night in Washington DC? They did a report on "MySpace" and how it helps bands get exposure. So, they came to JAXX in Springfield and did a live report. They were there filming during Sonata Arctica, a band from Finland. They apparently interviewed a local grouped called Encompass (http://www.encompassmusic.net) -- Mysapce (http://www.myspace.com/encompassmusic)

Anyway - I was there. Kinda funny, was odd seeing a progressive / power metal band making the news!

How was Sonata Arctica? Did the singer have a deep raspy voice, like Fintroll, or a more normal tone? If you hear of any more concerts like that let me know, if it is on a weekend.

Not bad, but not Metal either. I've heard some Finnish Metal bands and Sonata Arctica sounds more pop then metal. If you like real heavy metal check out Fintroll (http://www.finntroll.net/).
