Who here is running a set of drop springs on the front of there Marauder? What brand and could you post pics? How much did you lower the rear to match the front?

beleve eibachs were the only just springs option if they are still around. other stuff was GMQ or full coilover IIRC.

Cut 1/2, 3/4, or 1 full coil. Torinodan had pictures somewhere.

Don't cut down lower on OEM springs that 1 full coil. You won't like it much at all.

If you look in the photos section under my folder, you will see my Rauder dropped with Eibachs. They give my Rauder a really nice stance. And when I get my Koblenz...ahhh everything will once again be right with the world.

I went the route of Eibach because there was no discussion of chopping OEM springs at the time.

The Eibach will lower the car nicely. But the ride is very much stiffer than before. Rough on poor roadways.

From what I have read, the chopping ogf OEM springs retains the softer ride.

There is also a wonderfull fully adjustable QA1 coil over set for us now. Pricey, but indeed the way to go at this point.

Behold the Kenny Brown #1x, first ever <arauder to cut springs. One full coild from the top, handling is superb, ask anyone who has driven it.

Wow that looks awesome, HAHA your car look like mine with the red calipers. How did you cut the coil?? And how much did you lower the rear?? How does it ride?? I mean these cars ride a little rough to begin with.

The car still feels stock.

The coil was cut with an air powered cutting wheel with the spring off the car.

The rear is an air suspension adjustment.

This is the route I'm thinking of taking love the stance reminds me of my SHO with Tokicos and cut Intraxs. Curious though did you move the rear sensor to lower the rear or did your just compensate like Big House's and if so how far did you adjust the rear sensors.

The rear sensor slides diagonally left to right. I moved it 1/4" and it lowered the car to match the front's stance.

Thank you very much got it wrote down in my little notebook for when I dig into this sometime this spring.
