Hello All,

Anyone installed a handfree kit in the MM. There isnt much room for the arm and phone hloder. Obviously the mic and wiring could be hidden easily. Thanks

Has a built in hands free mode. I just used my ash tray and mounted my holder in there.

Mounted Nokia on drivers trans tunnel next to shifter, ok if you have long legs, otherwise moving seat too far up will cause problem.

I used a CCM Navigator kit for my Motorola V60 phone. The cradle plugs right into the cig lighter. It comes with an extension that can be used to move the cradle further away, if you like.

Mine came with a little round ash tray that fits into one of the cup holders in the console.

Not a bad idea to mount it directly to the ash tray (round thing) that way you can be stored in the very spacious center console when not in use!!!!:D

The round ash tray thingy! I mounted the screw on cell mount in the ashtray, weighed it down with pennys and keep it in my cup holder on the console. I'll snap a pic if someone wants. It works very well for me.
My Dad has a cell holder that clips onto the vents of the air conditioner ducts. You'd need to mount a clip on the back of your phone.

I use the Navigator too and like it. Get the one with the speaker in front and don't bother with the FM radio model.

Is the navigator a Motorola component (I have the v60 as well) or a ford/aftermarket part?

Thanks

The Navigator is from a company called CCM. Just a cheap thing that plugs into the lighter, but it works.

Plus the color of the Navigator matches the MM interior and looks OEM to most people!

I just bought one and it works great (I bought the one with the external speaker, not the FM radio model). A friend of mine at work just lost his brother in an auto accident caused by talking on his cell (they believe). We have legislation being talked about in Ontario to ban talking on the phone unless it's hands-free.

Have a Nokia and used the $ 29.00 Radio Shack plug-in with speaer in the lighter--have the Mike attached to the driver's sun visor--ran the lines behind the door post rubber trim down under the dash and up to the unit--used a velcro mounted belt slot holder and put the knob on the back of my phone--looks nice and works
