Dollar to HP, no, they are not worth it. That doesn't mean I wouldn't love a hot lopey cam setup in my MM *drool*

If you're doing a buildup or valve job anyway, maybe it's worthwhile. By itself, cams are about $1200-$1500 plus labor about $1000 for maybe 30-50 hp.
