I recently noted some black blotches on the right side of the two lower dash gauges. I thought that something had gotten on the dash, but as I tried to clean it off I realized that the black was the plastic underneath, and that the dark grey paint was flaking off. I haven't talked to my dealer yet about getting interior touch-up paint yet, but has anyone else had this problem?

Good, I hope they'll take care of it under warranty for me as well.

I do not see any reason why not. Good luck with it :)
I have an 03 300A. I had the whole car repainted under warranty. I have the same problems with the interior as well. The switch covers on both the drivers side and front passenger side, the gauge pod has a spot that is rubbed/flaked off, and I have also noticed that the black plastic around the seperate dash clock is flaking off in layers around the front edges. I do not use armor all to clean/protect the plastic components in the interior. I do use meguiars interior cleaner/protectant on these surfaces. My warranty expires in June and I plan on having these and a few other discrepancies corrected. The only problem I see, is that they will be replaced with the same type of plastic parts and the discrepancies will eventually return after my warranty is expired. I love this car and truly enjoy it, but expect more out of a 35K vehicle then this!

Our interior color is standard. Vinyl dye comes in a spray can in our color and can be used to touch up or 'fog-in' surfaces on the interior. As with any spray, mask off EVERYTHING. Otherwise, is the part is removable, like the switch covers on the doors or center guage housing; take it out, clean with denat alchohol, scuff with scotch brite and repaint with vinyl dye. It will match.
Good luck.
