Well folks, My daily driven 2003 Trilogy equipped Marauder just hit the 41,000 mile mark yesterday. And that means that I've put 30,000 miles on this car since I installed the Trilogy Supercharger. The engne has all the factory stock internals, and I've remained with both the Trilogy basic engine tune that was included with the chip that came with my Trilogy kit, as well as the original and basic 9.5 PSI pulley that the Trilogy kit comes with.

I take pleasure in being able to honestly tell everyone that my Marauder is still running just as great as the day that I drove it off the dealer lot, and that I haven't had any problems with the Trilogy Supercharger. The car is still the fastest true daily driver around my neck of the woods (that I know of), and the car gets driven in 90+ degree days as well as single digit temperature days in the snow, and everything in between.

Although I've taken it to race at the dragstrip (Atco, NJ) I don't take it there often since it is in fact my daily driver. I've done 20 passes on the dragstrip with it, and I get into the boost on a daily basis on the street with it. And full throttle is hit atleast once or twice per week (and usually more). This isn't any attempt on my part to brag in any way, but merely to report my experience as a Trilogy customer so far. And I must tell you, so far so good. And trust me, I don't baby this car in the least. It gets driven hard. Since I have the factory stock transmission, I have the trans fluid flushed and changed at the dealer every 6 months, and I replace the fuel filter close to every 20,000 miles. This Trilogy S/Cer is fantastic. :banana2:

With a little luck it will take me three years to get to the 30,000.

Congratulations Billy on your 30,000 fun, trouble free miles.... and here's wishing you many more. I've been mostly out of town for the past ten weeks with the MM sitting covered-up in the garage. Yesterday the weather here in south FL was sunny and mild so decided to pull out the Merc (and several of it's stable mates) to stretch it's legs. Jumped onto I-75 west out through Weston toward US 27....DAMN!! guess after putting 5,300+ miles driving a V-6 Ford 500 exclusively over the past 2.5 months I musta forgot how hair-raisingly fast these things are. Shut off the OD and hammered it doing about 60 mph and went:o screaming well up into the triple digit range (there was no other traffic around) in what seemed like an eye blink. After that just wanted to keep on driving and enjoying it all the way across over to Naples (:nono:) but pulled myself back to reality, turned around, drove home and put her away.:D

Billy, great report. Your experience and those of many other of the Trilogy gang was the deciding factor for me. I don't have a lot miles with mine as yet but those I have are ALL fantastic and trouble free. In fact my whole car has been trouble free. I can't find anything not to like. Dennis:beer:

[quote=Smokie]30,000 miles only 20 passes...Billy you're getting old:geezer:

[quote] LOL....there are two reasons for that Javier (not for me "getting old" but for only 20 drag races at the track) the first one being that up until a few months ago, my Marauder had been my only car for the past two years. It gets me to work and back every day, and is my onl;y means of transportation. The second reason is, that there isn't even a dragstrip in my home state, and I have to drive a few hours each way just to go race on a dragstrip in a neighboring state.

I wasn't going to mention this, but I've been in 41 street races with my Marauder since I installed the Trilogy S/Cer 2 years ago. None of them were planned. They just happened. About 20 of them were on the highway from a 60 MPH roll, and the rest were from a standstill at a traffic light. Almost all of them were late at night on a weekday when there's barely any traffic on the road, and plenty of room. I haven't been beaten yet on the street. The closest street race I've had was with a 2004 Ford Lightning truck that has a smaller pulley and therefore more boost pressure than it came with from the factory(the guy works with me).

Gotta Love It!:pimp: It's going good. The frame has been sandblasted, and all welded . I had the guy box it in so the rails have a fourth side to them to hopefully avoid that 632 inch engine of mine from twisting it. I'm going to install the entire drivetrain with my brother's help, but I'm having the restoration shop install the front suspension and the front brakes. So I just was there yesterday to give them the new Baer front brake kit along with the new Big Block coil springs, steering linkage, quick ratio steering box, and PST Polygraphite bushings as well as the front control arms that I stripped, painted, and installed the new bushings on (my brother did the bushings since he has an arbor press). I'll have some pics of the frame in the "Lounge" forum tomorrow, so look for them.

When you drive one of these Trilogy Supercharger equipped Marauders every day like I do, you end up doing that rather often. It's become a weekly thing for me.

I'm almost positive I will get one of these now from reading this because mine is a daily driver too, but it will be bolted on at 100,000 miles and I'm at 89,700 right now so thats about 2 months if driving to go after it comes outta the storage for the winter. I'm looking foward to this more and more.

Billy,

It's great to hear everything is still going well. I show your video at least once a week to someone and the reaction is always the same, unbelievable! I hope we get the opportunity to meet some time soon. There are a lot of stories I would love to share. Thanks for being a great customer.

Have a good one!

Jerry
