That passenger seat is up pretty far too...so if some one was sitting there its a good thing the air bag did not go off.....also, the collision my not have hit the bumper sensors if it was a high enough impact....or maybe it was parked will the airbags go off if the car is not on? And last but not least....I thought the SB were only an '04 option....

Second it saind 03 and I saw TC I figured that. also the seat could have been moved up to retreve items from backseat before it was towed away.

wow...what a coincidence! I saw this car on I-75 in Detroit right after the accident on my way home from work a few weeks ago. Traffic was heavy and stopped fast, the marauder didn't. Although I don't know for sure, odds are this HAS to be the same car.
