Well, that snowstorm that we've been waiting for all winter finally hit the Virginia area. :snowman: I knew that all this nice weather was too good to last. Below are some pics from 7 AM this morning -- I figure about 9" of the white stuff. Snow is supposed to continue until about 10-11 AM. Anybody wanna come down and help me dig her out ?? ;) A couple more pics in the gallery.

Thing that confuses me here is... I see the Marauder in the bumper so I surmise the lump of snow with a Marauder rear bumper cover is in fact a Marauder. Then, looking at the picture and name in the signature I surmise that the Marauder is probably blue in color (and not from cold). So the most limited of the limited production Marauder.
Then I look further into the photo and I see this thing on the house that looks JUST like a garage door.....

Yeah it looks bad but cause of the tires I'm having fun actualy assending hills and making turns. I hate the fact people keep cutting me off. You would figure if someone in VA with Texas tags would get a 30 foot clearzone in the event he never drove in snow before but nope. Tail gaters and people still cut me off. I have a shovel in the trunk but don't trust Va enough to drive that far in the snow. Haven't snapped today picts...this one was shot last night in Falls Chruch @ Target off RT 50 near 7 corners.

So whatcha trying to say Az??? :snowman: Yeah, that does look like a garage doesn't it. ;) That's because it is !! Unfortunately, a large portion of the garage is full of stuff from when my mother moved in with us. One day I am gonna have to go through it since she has been gone 6 years now...... Maybe tomorrow !! :D
BTW -- she's all cleaned off now and looks just like the pic below \/\/\/\/\/ again. The Bluerauder doesn't stay nasty long.

Wish I had a garage :( The apt I saw with it ran $2k. Thats a long driveway filled up with cars. How long does it normaly take to shovel?

I got'r'done in about an hour today; but this snow was pretty light. If it's a heavy wet snow, the time goes up considerably. :D
Also did the lady's across the street, too. My back will be burning tonight. ;)

The garage was fine and in excellent shape when it was "just" mine -tool shop, etc. It's all those other people that I live with who use it as a disposal area or "temporary" storage site.

i had to dig mine out tonight from 24 + inches here in NY. what a blast that was. sucks seeing the car covered in snow and ice, and even tho u try so diligently to wipe it off the sound of it coming off makes me cringe thinking im scratching the **** out of it lol.

Well by looking at your pics Charlie, I thought Chris and I had a problem with musical cars at the old house. You have us beat by a long shot.

Six years and you still have her stuff. Time to let go Charlie.
And what do you mean by '...when it was "just" mine...'? A man is suppose to be King of his castle or at least the garage. I give 'em a week and then tell them what is not removed will be. Remember the Marauder is not just any car it's a member of the family.

There is a reason that I have been happily married for 30 years. Learning which battles to fight has helped. This is one battle that I have chosen to ignore. :D

We got quite a bit here in baltimore. I am glad the MM is in a storage space back in KS so it doesnt have to endure the snow. The Harley truck was covered but it doesnt get taken out in bad weather. Thank god for the little old 89 honda accord I use as my daily. Didnt even dig it out, just put it in gear and went LOL.
