Now this is a real blower pulley! 60 tooth billet aluminum for a 3.5" Gilmer belt.
Getting closer!

That's a sweet pulley indeed.
But sure I hope you've done your research on cogged blower pulley systems and that you are running the right blower and by pass to handle it. Some belt slip is a good thing with street to mild race systems. I've seen many consumer level blowers grenaded from cogged belt systems. In fact, I don't think ATI warrantees anything under an F2 blower with a cog system.
Have fun....be careful!!

I am gonna go out on a limb here and guess that it is black! :DWill it fit on our cars? I'm willing to cut the hood if clearance is the only issue.

I guess I feel stupid for asking, but I had no idea you could get that blower on a Marauder.
WOW. That about sums it up:)

A while ago I thought we all agreed that anything is possible when you've got money.

John, you are a mad man!
I commend you for bringing back the 'hot rod era' feel to the Marauder. Bravo.
Im jealous of the fab work you will be knee deep in soon. You and I both know that customizing parts to work on the Marauder is way more gratifying than following a detailed manual. :bows: :bows: :bows:
Bravo dude, bravo.

Yes, this is going on a black car; Big, Black and BADASS...
After a nice chat with Mac on the cell earlier tonight, he made the comment "that as awful as it was to watch my motor self-destruct last fall, it was the turning point in going a new direction."
.. and I am humbled.
You see, I've always wanted a car with a big, bold, in-your-face GMC 6-71 Blower on it. 'Big-Daddy' Don Garlits was my role model and I had more Hot Wheels cars than you could shake a stick at. Hell, all of them had one on it or it wasn't cool.
Now I have the time to do this "Old School", or as Zack said, bring back the "hot rod era." I've done the homework, having had the last three months to think about everything. (LOL!) I have everything worked and no-one was more surprised at how "plug-n-play" this will be. My factory BMD0 computer will not even know anything has changed.
I get the shivers thinking about this and a 200 shot of spray!
Cheers

You sir, are my new idol!
Ok, enough chit-chat. Work starts next friday at 5pm. I expect you to be prompt and well stocked.
See you then!
