Was that the one you took, mark the tree climber? j/k Still can't believe you climbed that tree btw. Yeah it was a good day btw. Dennis, you need to get some better threads. Awsome car but your tires are holding you down. Thanks for the ride.

A lot of people drove by when we were prepping that shot. None of em said anything but they either gave it a good glance or just stared straight a head. I was hoping for a better reaction. The only reaction we did get was when a park ranger came by and he yelled at Mark for climbing a tree to get a good shot of the cars.

Marc, great shots. But there are 12 more Marauders on the right that are not shown. Guys we had 32 Marauders at the picnic.
What a time and what a sight. Marc, thanks for letting me play with the baby. Dennis:beer:

Yes, this is correct. Some cars had already left before this shot was taken. However, I did at one point count 36 cars, and I know a couple more showed after that. The final count was probably closer to 40!

Stephen, you drive my car for 30 miles, scare the ***** out of me, get us lost, drive over 2 six inch curbs and thru a gravel trap, stick me with a reentry to the park fee for both of us and burn my gas. Now you criticize my tires. All this after I felt sorry for you because you said you had never driven a S/C Marauder. Steven, BITE ME! Dennis

I didn't even notice Mark's wife there until right before I left. I saw a Grand Marquis that looked like her car but didn't know it was hers. Well was nice to see the kid though, looks like he'll grow up to be strong child. Nice to see you all got homesafe.

Sorry about that excrusion! Lol, um........... I'll pay you back for the gas AND the re-entry fee. I'll give you back $30 next time I see you. I didn't mean that in a bad way. What I was trying to say was that if you were, not that you have to, get a better set of tires you would definitely run low 12s with that car. It's really great and while I perfer a badged grill, I must admit that custom one you got is real slick and I really REALLY do appreciate your kindess for leting me drive. Thank's a million and sorry for having to make the u turn right before toll both, I thought we were both okay on that. I really didn't plan on driving out there. I honestly didn't know I missed the exit. Feel free to beat up on my car next time you come down here!

I was 1 of the few who had to leave early. :alone:
I want to send a big thank you to all who made this picnic a great event. Again, I must apologies for leaving early. My nephew had to be at a birthday party and his mom would have killed me had I not gotten him there in time. I am sorry that I didn't get the chance to hang out with more of you but I did check out your MMs and they are sweet.

Special thanks to RoyalPITA for the oil deflector and installation. You are a great guy and I'm thankful for your help.

Again, I am sorry that I didn't get to speak with more of you but thank you for welcoming me and my family to the event.

So, relax and the next time we are at a meet I we will still be friends. Dennis. Oh, and Z, I don't want Stephen to bite me.:D and there is no film at 11. Dennis:beer:

The thing is I'm just so used to other people saying "Oh your car needs a bigger bass, blah blah blah, throw on a super charger" etc. that when I give comment to others, the first thing I think of to mention is ways to improve. I do this to Z too. One time I said he should go with a 31 spline axle and nitrous so he could make his car faster than Lidio's. I didn't mean anything by that. Oh yeah, I don't want to go any more off topic than this so if anything else must be said regarding this issue, just make a PM.

there is no issue. There was no issue other than think about how what you say sounds to others. You can appreciate what others have done without assuming you know what their goals are or where they want to go. that way you never have an awkward moment..that is all this was about.:)

I posted that picture when Rick posted a first shot of a few cars, so I did the same. Then he edited it with the full monty, so now mine looks like poo poo.

peyton enjoyed your stroller push through the Florida back roads. You can take him anytime.

Its been a while since I climbed a tree. Even longer since a 70 year old man driving a golf cart and wearing blue blockers yelled at me for it. What a great day!

Great pics, Rick and Marc. I also believe that some of us took more pics of Marc in the tree than trying to take the pics of the MMs and fight the crowds driving by.

As for Steven, Be happy that someone there let you drive a Trilogized MM. I've been trying to drive one fully for years. The closest that I got was Trilogy one after the engine blew last year. I had the keys to roll up the windows and lock the doors.

Just want to thank you all for throwing a great picnic. We really enjoyed it and it was really great to have so many Marauders together at one time. I would like to see pictures of the whole group of cars when we had them lined up for the photo shoot. My camera could not capture all the cars in one shot. I had to take several shots to get them all. Thanks again for making the New Jersey group feel welcome.

Brian, the closest you came to driving a T. car was yesterday at the picnic. I really ment my promise to you. Sorry we ran out of time. Wandering thru the everglades "Lost with Steven" burned up the clock. I owe you a drive and I will deliver the next time I can get down for a meet or you get in my neighborhood. Don't worry, Steven enjoyed the drive. He just didn't expect that at 20 mph slamming the loud pedal would put him sideways:D Don't blame the tires. We do that on purpose! Dennis

Pretty much, I really did enjoy it though I am surpised it was able to handel as well as it does with OEM tires. If it is an consilation Brian, I need you to drive my car at the next meet. My brakes are being a really pain in the *** because they are squealing. I just wanted an expert opinion on it. So if you wouldn't, mind....

Oh yes, anyone have any idea when the SSM website will be updated with the new pictures? Just wondering.

Great image Rick, So good I had to download it and reprint it. I have 2 sizes
(35" X 9" and 18" X 69")I'll save a print for ya for the next Towers meet.
But I do have a request. As you know downloading images for the net come 72 DPI, so the enlargements are of fairly good quality, but a copy of the original print would produce excellent quality. So could you email me a copy so I could do some majic and make some kick azz prints?
