Hey Tom....
Sorry, but I HAD to jump on that. It's a slow day at work and I need some distraction. Besides, at 41 I am hardly a yungin' anymore so I will join you in a race or walkers...LOL
(I shall apologize ahead of time if this post is redundant, but it appears the one I just "posted" moments ago got lost somewhere so I shall repeat.)
Tomd,
You are the first person of whom I am aware that has seen all three currently-available Marauder colors - black, blue and silver - in person in one setting. As such, could you share with us your impressions, favorite, least favorite, etc.
Thank you!

I will but gja better not pick on me this time!
The black is still the sharpest  looking by far, but a PAIN in the :censor: to take care of!
My last car was a 1998 Grand Marquis LS and it was silver (spelled it right this time gya :P ) I like silver and if it would have been offered in June I would of probably gone with it.
This color blue is not bad it is kind of pretty and I don’t like blue that much.
I don't see how you can go wrong with this car no matter color you go with it is just one damn sharp car!

I don't know how it is around the rest of the country, but I have yet to see a silver or blue Marauder in the North Jersey area. Looks like the dealers sell what they have in stock and don't bother to order any on "spec".
One dealer in Wayne had eight black MMs in stock months ago. He now has seven. Black MM in Ridgewood sat on the lot for months until he put it in the showroom and one of the chatbox participants from NY bought it.
A dealer in Clifton (the vinyl top dealer) had a number of black MMs (without vinyl tops) in the back of the shop back in February, but he doesn't have an on-line inventory, so I don't know if they are still available.
1) No advertising + 2) no cars for demo rides = 3) poor sales
Could be worse. One local Ford dealer's inventory has 13 2003 TBirds and 7 2002s while the dealer with the 7 MMs has almost 60 Lincoln LSs in inventory.

Just saw a Silver today....looks really good.....but (No offense to anyone who has one) the Silver still looks like a Grand Marquis to me....just like if it was in gold....but it was nice to see something other than black.
