Whats up with the non-resonated tips??? Am I missing out on something here??? Can someone tell me (or try) what these will do to the overall sound and how is the ride at cruising speed (60-80mph)?? Any input appreciated!!!

MM: Haven't seen ya in a while! How are ya?

The tips are replaced to get better sound. At first I didn't like mine that much. Now I do. They have grown on me and I am glad I did the swap.

Hey Marty, what is it that you did not like that much at first? Just curious! Is this an operation I can perform in the garage or will I have to pay?

PS..Marty, sent you an email a week ago, did not hear from you! Was wondering if you could give me a little advice on bolting this dead pedal down.

Pardon my interuption. If you've got the tools, then you shoul dba able to do it yourself. You'll need to cut the old tips off, and weld the new ones in. Cost me $50 at my friendly Midas Muffler shop.

Rob:

At first I did not think that the new note was "throaty" enough. However, I have now grown to like it.

You will not be able to do this yourself unless you are (very) handy with welding equipment.

Check your PM on the balance!
