Okay, I know that this has been discussed many times before, but I was at a dyno shop yesterday and a guy offered to sell me his 03 Cobra Blower with injectors and all for 1000.00 I told him that it wouldnt fit on my car and he told me about an adaptor plate that they use to put it on the Mach1. I told him that I would research this before I purchased it. Anyone heard of this before? Is this possible?

I'm sure it possible. I know the Trilogy setup needs an adapter plate to fit the M112 on. Don't most S/C'r setups need adapter plates?

Maybe it's not the adapter plate that's the problem, once everyone thinks it all through?

Before you'd get that stuff you have GOT to talk to Tom Doan here on the board. He has a classified add with a NEW Cobra S/C setup right here.http://www.mercurymarauder.net/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=413&sort=2&cat=13&page=1

From some of the digging I've done, yes it is do-able. Just a bit o' work and parts scrounging.

It seems like his setup comes with all the parts. What else would I need? Bottom line, if I end up spending as much as I would for a Trilogy or a ProCharger, then forget it. If I can save a grand or 2 or 3 then lets do it.

I'd get in touch with Tom. I think your goal could be achieved.

This guy (http://www.mach1registry.org/forums/showthread.php?t=27574&highlight=marauder)did it to his Mach-1 and claims to have 2,800 invested total. He has a pretty good list of what is needed. Also he mentions on the last page of his thread a guy he knows who did it on a Marauder. I asked him about that guy and he said he has not spoken to him in a while but that he was on this board.
