Badger,
I'm waiting to get braided hoses before installing my Baer kit too. A local customizing shop recommended calling Crown Brake Lines in San Bernadino, CA @ 760-599-0090. Supposedly they do great work for not too much $$. I called and left a message the other day but the person I needed to talk to was out. I'm going to ping them agian next week.

Kenny Brown's TX lines are disconnected, no further 411 seems available. Braided brake lines are available from ToddTCE and Dennis Reinhart, both are vendors here, with their own forums.

Badger, I checked with Baer about stainless steel brake lines about a year ago and we can "not" get them through Baer.

I thought Kenny had fallen ill and was taking a leave of absence from the business. :(

MaLo03, The price on the web is for the front GT plus brake kit. Hope this answers your question.

Ok, I have a question.
Say you upgrade to a Big Brake Kit. What happens when the Pads / Rotors wear out? Do you have to buy it all over again? Or, do you get repalcement parts from the manufacturer?

You can just get new pads, and I'm sure thelly sell the rotors seperate too.

This GT kit looks very much like my BaerClaw kit, same caliper anyway. Pad material is your choice at replacement time, but order pads that fit a C5 Corvette. Full set usually runs about 120 bucks.

Ouch! How aggressive are these pads? How badly would they eat up the Rotors?

Actually they wear fairly well. They are not overly aggressive, a stock item for the C-5. I'm on my second set in 20K miles, but that's me.

So...what do you do when they DO start wearing down the rotors???

Does it include the rear rotors?

That price does not include the rear rotors. That price is just for the front.

BAER ERADISPEED rear rotors can be found on www.performancedepot.com (part# 2262015). They also have the front kit for the same price as Trilogy. Both are special order items.
Steel brake lines can be bought from Todd at TCE Performance (http://www.tceperformanceproducts.com/) (vendor on this site).
