Well after reading all of the posts I couldnt decide weather or not to put my eibachs in of chop the stock coils. So I decide just put em in for awhile and if I have any problems chop the stock ones 1 full turn. I have only driven them for a day and a half now. I really like them. It dropped the front exactly 1.25" and I adjusted the back down so there is a 1.5" rake. I am happy with it. How long should I wait to get it aligned?? well I tried to put a pic with the post but said it was too large. HMMM?:stupid:

I'll be right behind you! I hate the chopped springs. They are way too soft. Now it's time to buy some Eibachs. Where did you get them and how many clams? Thanks and best of luck!

I found a guy on here with a brand new set for $100. I suggest asking on here. there are alot with them. The guy I got them from had just put the NAAK QA1 system on. or there is a place I found for like 140 shipped. I dont think they are too much stiffer than stock except for when you hit big bumps. I think that is mainly due to our shocks. owell I am very happy for now.

IF you do chop the springs you only need to cut 2" of the coil end itself. Not much material removal is needed. If you cut a full turn the car will sit VERY low.

Not sure what constitutes "VERY" low, but based upon all of the previous "Lowering" threads posted in the garage, I took a fulll coil out of the top. It actually didn't even sit quite as low as I'd hoped, taking off barely more than an inch of front ride height. All in all, though, it does help reduce those unsightly wheel gaps. Slamming the rear right to the bottom at the same time really helps balance the car out for autocrossing, but makes the whole set-up way too low for daily driving (IMHO) as the rear bangs pretty hard.
