Post Memorial Day Event June 3

OK, gang, it looks like the weekend after MEMORIAL Day is the one for our opening up the Cruising Season.

Leave Saturday, June 3, 2006 open with the Sunday being the rain date. My plan is to have a mid afternoon BBQ from around 4:00 on, do some burnouts on my street and then head on over to the Berlin Pike for some cruuuuuuzin'.

Depending on the interest from the MM group I may invite the Crown Vic guys, too. We can use this meeting to discuss our 06 event schedule and decide on what we are going to do with our summer and fall. It should be the start of something new, and interesting and fun.

So, POST UP if you can make it. In the interest of keeping this thread clean please post ON TOPIC (post if you can make it or if you're willing to bring something.) Other content should be sent via PM.

Hi Dan-

Sorry, I just now saw this post. It's hard for me to say at the moment, but I think I should be able to make it ok. I work on Saturdays till usually 3 or 3:30, and coming from Chicopee, MA, I may be a little late in coming, but I think I can do that. We'll all go on a nice long rice hunt :D.

I'm wondering if having a company come out and do a BBQ meal for us would be a good idea. I know it will save me a lot of time and thus allow me the luxury of enjoying my company a bit more.

If I do this it would mean that I would need to have a reliable head count and that I would have to ask you guys to split the cost with me.

How do you guys feel about this? I'm guessing we are talking about less than 20.00 a head.
