Northern Heavyweight Shootout

Some of you may know that I have been in touch with an Impalla owner and club member about bringing a "Big Car Shootout" to the "North". These are the dates available at Martin Raceway. I would please like some feed back from my MCM brothers on which date is good and I will try to coordinate this with my Impalla contact. Thank you.

Spoke to AJ today from the Impalla side and he said that June 25th works the best for this event. May 14th and May 21st were also mentioned. I need some feedback on this guys.

Feedback on the way! First off, May 14th is mothers day. I would prefer to go earlier in the year than later for temperature reasons. I think June is too late, but thats me. I say May, which leaves the 21st.

This should be convenient for the Chicago guys too. I hear this track is better than Milan Dragway. Hope you can make it.

I'm with Dave...earlier is better. Mother's Day would be bad. So, May 21st does seem to be best. I will be flexible though.
