ok, first how do i get the panel off? pull out and down? thats what ive read

and second what is the best way to get rid of the cig lighter ahead of the shifter to put my trans temp guage there?

and i use the + and - wires from the cig for anything like powering the gauge or illum.... or just piggy off of the others,

and on my new gauge it has a black mounting thing on the back, do you just sandwhich the panel between the gauge and black mounting piece?

last ?

what size hole, 2 1/16, what do i use to make that, a wood drill bit hole maker? or something else

I have a gently used Forstner bit I can send you or any other MM.net. Used once to put in my Oil Pressure gauge.

I'm just wondering, has anyone ever tried to use the 270* sweep guages Autometer sells, rather than the 90* sweep? Just wondering how that would look with a 270* sweep boost guage. Any thoughts?

Also, what size are our little guages? 2 1/16 or 2 5/8? I'm too lazy to go outside and check....
