I have noticed a different pannel for marauders made with the optional sunroof. Different readout on the display different buttons.

Do these buttons light up with the headlights on? are there other functions that the display can show. also are the sunroof and non sunroof panels or at least the control panels interchangeable?

Just another silly difference that is really consuming my time.

The switches light up, oil change function is non operating and meant for Lincolns. The remote buttons work once you figure out how to program them. The smaller console was used to make room for the moonroof. All being considered, I'd buy it again with the moonroof.

The readout just displays compass directions, buttons do light up and there are two slits in the panel that allow light to shine down on the center console. I'd assume that the panels are interchangeable, although if you swap the longer console with the smaller console you may have some rear attachment points showing thru the headliner.
