View Full Version : Cheer for my name in the raffle - paxton leaking :(

Well it's one tragidy after another, I went out today to see a large spot under my car... needless to say it looks like my blower is leaking HEAVY. As in all was fine yesterday, didn't driver her today. When I came home today with my room mate, I saw a dark spot under her, touched it smelled of oil. Checked my oil it's down to the fill mark!!! oil seems to be comming from the feeds or something, it's dark out. I suspect that it's when they put the motor back in they didn't put stuff back right... but as history has told me they will deny everything. So I'll prob have to take them to court. So I need to pull the blower off so it stops leaking all my oil out... then I need to have a new chip in... and I need new CAI... and so on... plus at this point I'm thinking of flatbedding her to lidio... quite a ways from E.L. I don't even wanna see that tow truck bill :(. I'm not even mad anymore, I am just completly heart broken. So if ya'll wanna pray for me to win the raffle that would be sweet :o. Maybe just maybe right? Should of just bought a stock and gone trillogy in the first place :cry:

Sorry to hear about your prob man. I will keep my fingers crossed for ya since I didnt get a cahnce to buy a raffle ticket.What are you going to do with your paxton?

Have you checked it out yet? Maybe something as simple as a loose fitting. And seals can be replaced in the blower pretty easily with reasonably quick turnaround if it is the blower itself that is leaking. The Novi 2000 is a really good unit.

It depends on what would be more cost effective... At this point I'm kinda dead in the water, I really don't have the time or desire to deal with bs at the moment.
