Removing bumper inserts

I have the Bob White decals on the rear bumper now, but I want to take them off and get the SS inserts. What is the best way to get them off without pulling the paint off too? Has anyone had success with this?

I did this with Windex. When I changed the license plate to RAUDER having Marauder reflecting under it looked funny to me. I saturated the area with windex and just peeled them off.

Denatured alchohol. Will remove wax also.

bumper sticker remover is another option. go to the parts store. $3

I used the hair dryer, you know I don't need it for anything except this now; Warm them up and off they come. Use Iso AlK. not rubbing Alk to clean up the rest. Dennis:D
