Is there anyway to "mark" a thread as a favorite?

To be able to do so would make researching and helping others much easier.

Yeap there is. Click on Thread tools and click to "Subscribe to this thread".

I am aware of that option. But there are topics or thread that get buried over time and would like to have them easily retrievable.

When I am researching, I find several threads that are helpful and would like to be able to save them for later.

Why not just bookmark them on your computer then when you want em
just scan down , open it up and there you are.
Provided you don't have 500 bookmarks.

:hmmm:

Yes, that'd work. If the site had the "Favorite Thread" option though, maybe we could view each others "Favorites"...

subscribing does what you want - the forum keeps a list of the subscribed threads in the user CP
