Phase One is complete in the Man's Man Dream Garage remodel! The 4 post lift came in last week and I picked it up with the trailer. I hired a local Lift installer/servicer to install it. The 2 man crew had it up in 4 hours, piece of cake. The younger guy was ga ga over the Marauder! The new lift is very nice, exactly as promised. I definitely recommend getting one if you are even thinking about it.
I wanted to get the lift installed to see what kind of room it would take up and what I needed to do to work around it. I knew I would have to raise the Garage door tracks and relocate the openers. A buddy put me on to this company, Wayne Dalton, for the doors and innovative garage door opening system. No more over head ceiling mounted openers! This one fits over the tensioner rod above the door! I will now be ordering the nicer insulated garage doors, both with the I-Drive openers. the tracks will be mounted 2 inches from the ceiling of the garage, leaving plenty of room to lift. So the Garage doors, openers, and tracks are phase 2. Stay tuned for phase 3!

Here is a link to the lift, right now it includes free shipping, and about $600 worth of accessories (drip trays, jack stand tray, caster kit for moving lift), and no sales tax outside california, all for $1895!
Here is a better view of the lift and accessories, the company I bought it from Garage Equipment Sales is selling one on ebay right now:
