OK I know someone has the ford part numbers for the 03/04 factory takeoffs. I have read 11 pages of cobra exhaust posts and I cannot find the part numbers. I have a set from an 03 and am curious if I can use them or not. Can any one help me out?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

If you are going to use them, ship them to Jet-Hot for coating. Worth the extra coin.

So a set of stock take-off 03-04 cobras will fit with no other adjustment other than the egr tube? Then you just need an 03-04 cobra x pipe with the extensions correct? How much does it typically run to jet hot? I have read a bit and just got more confused as I read so I stopped looking but my interest is sparked again.

I just sent my Kooks headers to 'Jet-Hot' for $299.00 not including shipping.
299.00 For coating
30.00 shipping- there
+30.00 shipping -back
$360.00 Total

Yes and yes.
Thats what I recently had done. I did not do the jet hot. I gasket matched the manifolds with my die-grinder ( you could see wher the mis match was) and painted them black with eastwoods stuff.

Tom, I dont see any in the classifieds....
All, I got a quote from jet hot $175.00 in and out coating plus shipping 3-5 days... Factory cast manifolds are less than headers...

You need the EGR Extension...
A Cobra X-pipe with Extension
AND
you will have to trim your OEM catback... as they will be too long to match up with the Cobra X-pipe.
