View Full Version : Anyone have problems with climate control?

Last night I hit the off button. Now it won't turn back on. All the background lights are still on, but display is blank. Tried turning car on and off etc. No luck.

Only mod done yesterday was TC. Nothing else was touched.

Check to see if any fuses are blown
Pull the A/C control unit and make sure all the wires are connected.

I have had a problem with the AC coming on by itself with it shut off. It comes on to the automatic mode sometimes even after shutting it off several times. Talked to CarFixer about it and he said I may need a new head unit. Need to get it taken care of prior to the warranty running out at 36K.

I had to replace the head unit out of warranty-------OUCH!!

It was over a grand if I remember correctly. Good Luck!

Thanks for that info..... I better get my car scheduled for the warranty work ASAP...:depress:
