Dale, call them back and you can add Wednesday the 16th to you stay. If you have any problems, speak to Tonya Lewis. The rate will be the same as the rest of the week. Sorry about that. For everyone else, you should be all set to reserve the 16th thru the 20th. Anyone has any problems, let me know.

Make sure to reserve now if going. I think the block of rooms wont be held beyond July 1st. Once that expires, so do the perks and special rate.

For those that forgot, you may still be able to get into the host hotel, however the reservation on the block of rooms has expired, so they are going fast. If you ask for Tonya Lewis at the Hampton, and beg, she will probably give you the group rate!
