That '03 Black FS in MT. Vernon is now on ebay.

I am starting to think it's WagonMaster's because of the Crown Vic police in the back ground.

Maybe I should buy it and repaint it white :D

EDIT: It is his car. I have a rear pic of his car and it's the same plate and frame.

Ok, you guys caught me!! :nono: The secrets out. Man, nothin' gets by you guys, although it has been in the Autotrader for five months with no takers. The good news is that if it doesn't sell then it stays in my driveway.

I had a feeling that was your's on autotrader, but when I took pics of your car at the meet, it still had the grille emblem.

Ya, thanks to Zack's handiwork the cool factor has reached an all time high. :coolman:

On a side note I was hoping that 01 Interceptor was going to make an offer due to a MM has been on his wish list for 1.5 years. I would take a partial trade for his 2001 CVPI. I like that ex WSP Mustang you have as well...........

Thanks. I am restoring it right now back to WSP. The only thing it really needs, is paint. The seats are perfect and the rest of the interior is in exellent shape! It mechanical runs perfect, also.

I have more pics too.

It will pretty much look like this when it's finished.

Ya, me likey!! That will be sweet if its restored correctly. All it takes is $$$. Where did you find it? Are you ready to upgrade your CVPI to a MM?

Ya, thanks. If it does go, I likely see myself in a CVPI in the short term until the top secret long term goals materialize. I find myself driving waaaaaay too fast in the MM all the time. The wimpy 250hp motor in the Vic will help me tame my insatiable triple digit appetite.

It'll be a little cheaper to restore than I thought. A friend of a friend is going to strip the pain and get rid of the rust for free. That's usually about $1,000. The only thing I'll have to pay for is paint. As part of an argreement for stripping the car, his business will be sponsord by me and his business will be advertised on a custom made sign to be displayed next to car that talks about its history. I have a couple other sponsors too.

I already have much of the equipment, such as the correct lightbar, radio equipment, decals etc. I still have a little bit more research about some interior equipment. But that's half the fun. lol.

I bought the car from the state on ebay. GSA sold it after it was retired with the DSHS. WSP had it from 1987-1991 with 75,000 miles and it went to a DSHS supervisor from 1991-2006 with 95,000 miles. It's funny that it's 19 years old, that state finally sold it and I am the second owner (first private).

Ebay link.

I've been wanting to upgrade to a MM for a while. I'd like to get a silver one, and BJ and Linda can tell you that. lol I'll probably have to go out of state to get one, but I could get a black one too, I guess. :D

Wow, thats a cool history on the car. I am excited to see it finished. Those were great chase cars but about as useful as a motorcycle for prisoner transports.

Hey, once you've had black you'll never go back....or thats what I've heard anyway, bwa ha.

I know...I still want an MM, but it has to be blue with dark charcoal interior. In other news...I am looking at this. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4630567085&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1)

Plus, I'm not planning on ever selling my PI...then again, if I get the KB I can focus on getting a new black & white and turn it into this:

If everything goes according to plan, it'll be done before July of this year.

Yeah, you must have it ready for the EVOOA meet. It is the 10th Anniversary you know. ;) That's why I have to have a special project.

I'm having two projects. The Mustang and the '87 Crown Vic. Pat figured out why the '87 CV would only run for a few seconds at a time. It's the gas tank. So, we're hopefully going to drop it soon and see if it's the pump.

With only four days left in the listing the Gustapo's at e-bay removed my listing due to I was in violation their wording policy. Apparently you cannot use diversionary words such as, "NOT an LX Sport" What a load of crap! Oh well, I guess that means I get to keep the car longer, as I am not going to retype the entire ad at this point.

That's stupid. Atleast you have an excuse to keep the car.:D
