I don't think they will fit on a 4.6 SOHC engine.
I know they will fill on the 4.6 & 5.4L DOHC engines.
The new Ford GT comes with them stock!:coolman:

I just picked up a pair of these GT covers on eBay for $75, I think that was fair...trying to decide whether to powdercoat them or not.

Maybe fill in the "Powered By Ford" in red or blue?
Actually it is filled-in with silver.

The POWERED BY FORD section ( middle ) of the cover is coated/painted silver; since I resurfaced that section to achieve a burnished aluminum look, the letters ( being indented/recessed ) remained silver. *It's subtle and doesn't show-up in the above pic's. The attachment shows it a bit more betterer.
