Belt tensioner bolt torque spec?

I put in a Gates belt tensioner (pn: 38189) to see if it would get rid of an annoying belt oscillation sound at idle - that seemed to do the trick.

Does anybody know the torque spec on the mounting bolt? I found a 18 ft/lb spec online for the Mach1. Sound about right?

Service Manual says 18 ft-lbs torque.
