even though i park in bfe away from any car in sight and use tremendous care when around my car i keep noticing small scratches here and there. this is the first black car i have owned, how do you make these less visible?
thanks
paint it another color
Not trying to be a smarta$$...black just shows EVERYTHING. Search the forums and you will find LOTS of info on cover-up/prevention.

Just when I think there is a hairline scratch, it turns out to be a thread of spider web. Check them carefully

I keep getting more and more scratches! I think the paint is too soft or too thin. I'm pretty sure I'll have to paint it eventually.

I think the paint is to thin. Seems like every time I take the car for a ride I get a new chip.

Yep paint sucks...I have friends with black mustangfs that are not as fragile and I wouldnt say they (mustangs) have the best quality of paint.

Black is a tough color, It shows everything. I agree the paint is not the best. Most other colors will not show the scratches and defects as prominent a black car. IMHO. John

The paint is too thin on this car. I suspect we will all end up with some warranty paint work before its all over.:(

So long as the clear coat doesn't start coming up like the older GM I've seen... :shake:
