Although I personally haven't purchased anything frim Dennis, his professionalism and concern for the members of this site do not warrant the bashing he recieved. I seem to remember him leading the way with our paint concerns, etc., for all of us, whether or not we purchased his products. The man has my utmost respect as a businessman, and more importantly as a person.

Probably because he is a valued sponsor of this site, he has made LOTS of us happy and one disgruntled post that attacks the man publically is a matter that should best be handled by the parties themselves.

I sent the Dr. a PM after his post telling him to pick up the phone this morning and call Dennis. We all know Dennis is a busy guy and won't win any congeniality awards in the near future...but he has been nothing but supportive, professional and customer service oriented to tons of us here.

I know in my business, there is more than likely an individual that could write similar comments about me...unfortunately.

And so it goes..

It is impossible to keep every customer happy, but from what I've read D/R tries more than most.

^^^What Todd Said ^^^

If I had control of one of those buttons this thread would be shut down again. Dennis will never win a Mr. Personality award but his products and his support of them has been nothing but outstanding. RLA you are out of bounds on this one pal. :flamer:

Shut down? You're lucky you even saw it. Threads like that have NO place on this forum and usually will be deleted.

If people have a beef with a vendor, CALL Them, don't air your laundry on MY site. As for Dennis's customer service, this was the first complaint I've ever even seen. Dennis has routinely and continually gone above and beyond for countless customers and this site.

This thread's done too as the premise is so ridiculous it isn't worth discussing.
