I just got in my marauder and noticed tha my whole windshield looks like it has orange peel all over it, tired cleaning it with window cleaner, water and soap and even body prep but it wont come off, has anyone ever seen this before

I have not. You can try a clay bar system - maybe a tree puked on your car?

I've seen this at body shops and since it's on glass, a fresh razor blade will do nicely.
