Yesterday enroute to the CAM Meet, Merc and I were chasing each other down Indianhead Highway (Rte 210) in Maryland. A guy wearing a denim motorcycle club jacket with "Soul Riders" on the back pulled up alongside me on the left. He gave the Blue MM the visual once over, nodded twice, smiled and then gave the "thumbs up" sign. Gotta love it. :D

After he got an eyeful of blue, he moved ahead and did the same thing to Merc in his black beauty. Too bad he didn't get a closer look at the rear of merc's baby 'cause he would have noticed the Harley-Davidson badging and the "Live to Ride" emblem.

I have gotten a similar response from a few Harley riders also. They must be a discerning folk.

Riding with NavChap back to Detroit last year we got some thumbs up from Harley riders. NavChap said to me, "Harley guys get this car." Yup.

New owner here, and my first post on the forum. I work on choppers for a living, and this car does in fact have a draw on motorcyclists. I love it (300A)almost as much as my motorcycle.

CRZYBIKER, Welcome :welcome1: to the MM.Net and congrats on your first post and new Marauder. Give it a couple more weeks then the big grin will kick in and you'll like your motorcycle almost as much as the Marauder. :D

I still think I like my 2004 Fat Boy more than the Marauder, even with it's S/C :)

Thanks for the warm welcome! I am enjoying the car more and more, although with the gas prices the motorcycle is seeing more action. I was suprised, the dealer was basically willing to give me the car, they said they had it on the lot for 6 months with no activity, I guess it's only prized by those with the taste for it. I find the car fits every desire I have for a car, but of course you can never have enough power, so it will be massaged sometime in the future.

If that were true, they wouldn't be riding Harleys! :P
