Here's a short video I took tonight on the throttle body setup for my project.

It's a 6MB video so please right-click and Save-as (http://john.frieltek.com/toomanyfords/marauder/engine2006/ThrottleBodies.wmv).

Enjoy!

LOL! It goes on the Rack TOMORROW to have the Auburn ECTED posi, Moser axles and the Shiny Hiney put on. Then about 4pm we start removing bumper covers, wiring and anything else that connects the body to the frame. By 8pm we should have the two separated and the frame down to Mark's garage.

Where's the donuts go?

Nope. I've got a brand new CAPA hood sitting at Wheelers Autobody right now ready to be cut open.

Film at 11!

John wants his car to look like Herman Munster's.

I have another week or so to taunt and then I'll have to shut up 'cuz he'll be faster than me again. :)

Where does the power adder physically fit in this equation?

My math teacher once said, "There are no dumb questions, only dumb answers!"

This is the top of a GMC 6-71 Blower (that looks like my avatar <<^^ there) and it will go on top of that new forged cobra DOHC motor I built for my Marauder.

Cheers!

Well, it was supposed to fit between the engine and the hood, but it didn't so I'm cutting a big hole in another hood to air that bad boy out!

Cheers!

Now, that is a bit optimistic. 799 maybe, but 800? I dunno...

I wonder how well the MAFs will work with no tubes on either side. I'm thinking they would get a lot of turbulent air around them which will make the MAF signal erratic. Has this set up been used before? If so, then I'd be wrong.
