How do I fix a squeaky hood?

This squeaky hood really bothers me. I can get out of the car and put my finger on the hood and the sqeaking stops. I'm sure you guys have experienced this. Please tell me how to correct the problem. Thanks, GJTcodered.

Raise the stops a little bit at a time until the sound is gone.

Be sure and put some jamb nuts on them as they tend to "walk" down over time!!:argue:

Also put a dab of grease on the latch bar on the hood or the catch on the body....All Panthers I have had did the same squeek!!:fire:
