Installed the Spintech Pro-Street Mufflers today. They were one step up from my Spintech Sportsmans which is still a great muffler with ZERO drone at any speed with OEM resonated tips. I added res-delete tips (4" at that) not too long ago and although I appreciate the deep sound I am un-decided if I will order OEM tips from Wes or continue with my current setup. Res-Delete tips definately add drone even if your tips are extended past the bumper.

So here it is, one crappy video...Right click, save as...

As you can tell the idle is very deep and crisp, I have not driven the car enough to give a good review of how it is around town. Besides, it's raining, louder mufflers aren't fun unless it's warm and sunny out :)

I kept waiting for you to rev it up a little bit so we can hear how they sound.....figured the pedal must have been wet or you just shined them up. :burnout: Would love to hear how the mufflers sound when you hit it! Sounded pretty good and throaty at idle. I really liked that exhaust tone! Congrats.

I have 18" magnaflows with the delete tips and I'm not satisfied with the tone. I decided to switch to super 40's.......untill I heard Rider's pro-streets :D Now I'm patiently waiting to hear how they sound reving/under load so I can make my decision.

Watching it for the 50th time....

The first little slow take off in the video was kept at a throttle position that radiates that pingy sound. I'm not too hyped about it, but the sound is gone if you back off a little or lean into it a little. I kept it there for that small take off on purpose.

I can't get enough of the throatly gurgle when I let off with O/D off or downshifting into 2nd around 40 MPH. Also at WOT I can finally hear an exhaust note combined with the S/C which is exactly what I was aiming for.

Never knew it was so loud at WOT until the video. Damn I must turn some heads!

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

The short version played ok. :dunno:

Works for me at home and at work. I'll try re-doing it later, but I didn't do it any different than the first one...or any other videos I made for that matter...

Maybe it has to do with the fact that I have IE7?

I got the gurgle with the custom H pipe. It sounds really cool when jumping out of OD on the off-ramp approach!:D

At 1 minute and 54 seconds of the video whats that sound when the engine starts to wind down after the rev? Do you get that sound often?

That backflow gurgly sound? You bet....like I said before, as a Harley rider, I love the sound.

I noticed you are the one waiting to purchase mufflers. Not that I am trying to sway you, I am not their salesman, but if I was in the market I would want to know what I want before I spend it. Especially when it comes to mufflers.

Do you want more footage, or footage inside the car?

Well first off let me thank you, that is a very thoughtful offer. If you have any more footage I'd definatly want to hear it. If not don't go out of your way, you've already helped me out enough. Thanks again.

It's tough to get some good interior videos with the S/C, it likes to hog all the noisy attention :) I've been watching my Pro-Street video over and over, each time I swear I hear sounds I didn't hear before and it is music to my ears. Try it. Thanks fer' lookin'

Not bad. Up until about 2:00 I didn't realize your Marauder was supercharged. The Spintechs don't seem too bad but they don't sound very different from most of the exhaust systems used on modular Fords. I hope you didn't spend too much.
