Friday may 26th is Ford and Mercury night in Downers Grove. SVTGuy and I were there last year although we didn't hook up until late. The cars have to be 1980 or older to park on Curtiss but there's usually lots of places to park.
Cruising is encouraged also. For more info see:

Lou, whereabouts in DG are you? I live right by 55th and Fairview. I think I see your car from time to time.

I ran into SVTguy last year. I should be back from China to go again this year. I know I'm hankering to see some cars.

My Marauder is the dirty one.

55th and Fairview... wow that was right by where I grew up. Hey... you don't happen to have a 20' tall wood carved woman in your front yard do you? That thing rules!!! :D

HAHAAA, No but I know the house you're talking about, interesting thing to do with an old tree huh?

I'm actually North of 55th on a side street.

Any chance for a Downers Grove Marauder/Panther meet?

Only one MM showed up that I saw,,,,it was me. It was a great night and the place was packed. I was there by 6PM and all the good spots were already taken.

Me and the wife were there. We parked at the Mason's lodge (I'm a member). Was there around 7 or so.

So no Marauder's other than my own. Did see a Hayabusa with sidecar!
Two Cobra replicas looked cool (although one had a EFI 5.0, which wouldn't be my first pick).

A good time.

I got there around 6 and there was no place on Main St. We had dinner and then made a lap around the town. I was parked in front of the post office, right across from the Mason's Lodge. Two black MMs passing in the night..............
