The Megs delete tips arrived yesterday so I instantly took the opportunity to install them and also install the Granatelli that have been sitting since last weekend.

Overall impression of the tips: I like them!

They aren't as loud or deep as I could have hoped for but they are definitely better than stock. Heck they should have been stock. There is no drone in the car at any speed but I do have a Lidio tune so RPM changes may have something to do with that. I'll have to drive around with them for a while and see if I want something more like an X-pipe and/or mufflers.

The Granatelli COP were simple to install as expected. I was angry at the OEM pieces so they all came out a bit, how shall I say this, elongated. There was enough of the grease as long as it was used sparingly for the connectors and not on the boots themselves. I didn't notice any major obvious improvement though idle seemed a bit smoother. I'll need a bit more drive time to decide how it helps with higher RPM driving and/or MPG etc... Overall I'd still do this as it is an inexpensive reasonable mod.

Thanks to Innovative and F.I.T. for their superior customer service!

Congrats on your mods.

They aren't as loud or deep as I could have hoped for but they are definitely better than stock. Heck they should have been stock. Heck...They WERE stock! I've got a video tape from the sales kit that not only let's you hear the resonator delete tips, but the moderator brags about them. Sadly, in the 11th hour, someone at L/M got sound queasy, and the resonator tips went on in their place.

For less than $30 each I think they are worth it...definate improvment over stock. Could still need a little more exhaust tone IMO..
