Sorry this took so long, I was out and about on the road this past week, doing important stuff. When I got back, this message was waiting for me...

"total MM sales through 31 March, 2003=4100 cars delivered."

That's the total MM deliveries, from first release 01 Jun, 02 to 31 March 03. 4100 MMs delivered. Subtract the 2910 MMs delivered by 31 Dec. '02, means 1190 cars delivered in the first 90 days of '03, that's more than 1 per day. I'm not that bright on crunching numbers, but I think any bean counter can extrapoliate a projection out of this.

If you're interested in what could tear this MM junkie away his MM.net dope, consider that it must be something more near and dear to my heart than my precious MM. It is...barely...but, it is.

Nice to be back though, 36 hours on a bus with 40 drunk cops in skirts, can try one's patience, and sanity...Not that I have much of either to begin with...

I wondered where the heck you had gotten off to and that my friend is one noble cause. I salute you, your fellow officers and your fallen brother(s). Cheers ehh ?

Thank you, Sam, you know it's a passion from my heart. I can't have any cop anywhere who lost his life in duty, rest without recognition. Two down, 61 to go, it's been a two year project in raising funds, but that's done now. Time to deliver the markers, and Wilson was our second stop. More bus trips ahead, our lost brothers are somewhat spread out now, but we should have the job done by end of summer.

I can't describe the impact on the survivors, I haven't the words. All we could say to them was "it's okay now, its fixed."

There's more at www.pdcpd.org if you're interested, and thanks again, Sam.

Hi Sarge I can relate to this as I drove tour coaches for 20+years. Did many trips all over this wonderful country for a lot of great causes.
Good to have you back:beer:
Job well done Sir!

Just browsing this thread, I would be interested to know the difference between cars manufactured and cars delivered(if there is a difference) I read somewhere that the MM was a limited production of 15 to 18K. If EOQ stats were correct, then those figures are WAY off. Anyone know just how many MM have been produced?

We are trying to get a Hoosier club started up, may ask for some Illini and Buckeye participation if interested?
