It has 28000 miles on it, was garage kept by a 57 year old guy that is a regular customer of that Ford Dealership. They are firm on $19,999. Interior looks good as does the outside. That price is a bit high according to Kelly Blue Book. What do you think?

Bit high as in $4K more than private party value for an 03 Marauder in excellent condition, 28,000 miles, in the Detroit zip code. As in all things, it depends on how bad you want it, but $4,000 is a steep premium for a blue, no matter how rare imo.

My thoughts exactly. They were firm and want the $19,999. I want another one, but not that bad.

Here in Connecticut it is very difficult to find and excellent condition, never been kissed, less than 30,000 miles, MM for less than $ 20,0000.

When I was shopping earlier this year I remember Kelley estimates running thousands lower than NADA or Edmunds. I'm guessing a software glich that averages some Grand Marquis '03s with the Marauders (or something as stupid as wrong entries by minumum wage clerks). Anyway, the 20K sounds closer to the real market value than does 16K.

P.S. I paid 21.5 for a New England '04 DTR in excellent condition and 25,000 miles; all stock except for a performance tune.
