This goes out to all that have attended a Chicken Run. It's official, The Chicken Basket is now on the list of National Register of Historic Places.

6/18/06 sounds good for me as well.

i wonder if the prices will increase as a result of the new designation? Also, doing burnouts in front.... I wonder if that is some kind of felony.

The 18Th works for me too. My Marauder has been sitting in the 3RD garage stall ever since the move and I've been dying to take her for a long cruise. Besides the wife will be out of town, and I will not be obligated to any family or friend function that summer time brings. I can smell the blue smoke already!!!!!!!!!!:burnout:

I'll show up for a little while as well, if I remember. However, I no longer have the Marauder.

What did I miss, Kris?

I'll keep the 18th in mind, I don't know yet but as of now I have no other plans. Who else can make it? We need a good turnout for the season opening of lets-go-to-a-chicken-joint-and-order-bacon-cheeseburgers.

I'm finally getting caught up with work and other things (my daughter was in hospital for awhile), and think that I can attend as well. Haven't seen you guys in a LONG time. Hope everything is well with everyone. Got the '68 out on the road this weekend, and hope to get the cobwebs off the '67 by July. Saw someone at the corner of Maple and Belmont Sunday evening. I was in the '68 on Belmont and saw a Black Marauder waiting at the light on Maple. Sold my daughter's 350Z last week, and picked up a BMW Z4 for her. It's a cute car, but nothing near the performance of the 350Z. Mac, I finally put on the front tires that were originally on your car a few weeks ago. I bought them from Bill, before you got his car. The backs are long gone (on my 3rd set), but my fronts lasted 66K (but I had snows on from Nov till May since 2002). Hoping to get the cars out more this year than last. Never made it any track last year, except when my daughter and I went to Joliet for the pro race in Sept. Hope to catch-up with everybody on the 18th!

That was probably me. I live in Downers grove and go that way often although there's another black MM in town who doesn't show up here.

I have yet to post it yet Jason, but I traded the car in. I just started having too many problems; new engine, wouldn't shift, wiring harness, etc. It had been at the dealer more than I had it lately. When I get some pics together, I'll post some of the new car.

Now I fell like a mope.... I won't be able to make it afterall. I was all set; everything was in place, and then the wife got a very nasty headcold and I need to take my son to the park or museum to play.

Being a father on Father's Day get you no slack at all!!!
