I've tinkering with the idea to make my own proguard out of diamond plate alum. Only thing is I don't have any measurements. If anyone can let me know the measurements or possible make a paper or cardboard template for me I will pay for the shipping for a cardboard and or provide a pre-applied postage envelope for the paper cut-out.

I will be using 30003 Aluminum Diamnond Plate thats highly polished with a thickness of 0.063 (1/16). It's the thiness and cheapiest I could get a deal on 8x16' for $300ish a sheet. I can prolly get a few made out of it. The reason why I'm going this way is because I'm going to oversize mine and fill more of the gap down there and include 40 degree angle bends in the front to try to deflect and keep any extra air going over top the Dia-Guard. My friend and I already did a regular aluminum sheet for his CVPI with rolled sleeves that over his MM tips it only worked because his tip hangers are near the inlet part of the tip and not in the OEM spot like our MM's which and both of our cars were done at the same exhaust shop so my hangers are set back by the inlet part. Ahhhhh the things I do to keep myself busy between installing ignition interlock units for DUI drivers  .

You mean you're the guy who makes DUI convicts orally satisfy their car before it'll move?

Wow.... that's pimpin'!
