Hey CAM'ers...I've got two people from the Northern Virginia Mustang Club who are offering to sell my some 16" V6 Mustang wheels. They're 16x7.5 and I've seen a guy run these on his Marauder with Mickey Thompson's.

It's a good cheap way for some traction at the track, though you'd have to swap at the track.

The people have full sets, I only need 2, just thought i'd see if anyone else wants them. One of them is offering a pair for $100.

Here is the guy I konw with a Trilogy MM launching with them, he seems to be getting plenty of bite from them:

merc also had a pic of them mounted, and copied down the tire type and size you'd want to run: http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showpost.php?p=377530&postcount=23

Before I make an offer I'll see if anyone else is interested. One of the people is too far in southern VA and would have to ship (I can't meet up with them) but the other I could meet up with to save shipping costs.

Well, both sources fell through, the one person sold them locally, and turns out the person I met up with had 15" not 16" wheels.

Anyone know of someone with a set local to the VA area?

I may just order a pair from the site merc posted...

I do know a guy selling 17" rims cheap, but with the drag tire choices they will be a bit short and mgiht not be wide enough for me to be comfortable.
