The buttons on the climate control are very hot to the touch, and the AC dosen't seem to kick out a bone numbing chill, anyone out there have similar symptoms with there MM? Any response appreciated

The climate control buttons get hot after awhile. After a couple hours of driving, you touch them and they almost feel at melting point. Never had an issue with my A/C though... I could understand why batman needs air conditioning.

It seems to be normal for the climate control faceplate to get hot. However, I have a 2000 mustang GT and a 2003 MM and both will turn you into Mr. Freeze, even in Florida mid-summer weather. The 2001 CVLX I traded for the MM was just as good at chilling occupants. Sounds like you might be low on refrigerant, maybe a slow leak.
