Hell for something that small he is charging $4.30. I would not buy it just because of that....he could toss it first class for less than a dollar.....

I sometimes scan the police patch collections on e-bay, and I laugh at the number of phoney and made-up patches for the Chgo PD. There are only 3 patch styles, one for patrolman, one for supervisors, and one for command. Yet, when you scan what's available, there must be 20 or so fakes out there, everything from the Auto Theft squad (which we do not have) to CPD-FBI Sniper team...yeah, right. As good as we get along with the FBI, we would be sniping at each other...
