I have a question what do you guys think would be the next best mod for my 03 Marauder? I already have a SCT but besides 4:10's (for gas mileage sake) do you think I should add an intake, pullies, bigger rear sway, or something else?

4.10's will not really impact your mpg much at all. I commute 62 miles round trip daily (mostly freeway).
Do the intake.

Sway Bar is my vote.
Big improvement in handling.

I'd say exhaust. Shouldn't affect gas mileage too much until you start putting the hammer down to enjoy it. Just do some research on the choices of mufflers if you decide to change those also. Personally, if I could have a do-over I would have went with the Kooks and FRP dual modes mufflers.

As much as I want to do the exhaust it is a very expensive mod so i probably will stay away from that. The 4.10's sound good but i don't know who would install them. I would say I don't want to spend over $400

I'd say rear sway bar and Under drive pully's. The rear sway bar you could do your self and save a few Dollars and the pullys you will need some help or have someone install it for you. It should be around the $400 range .

Are pulleys really that hard to do on these cars? Seems like that would be one of the easiest things to do yourself outside of changing spark plugs..

Its easy but you may need a hand. Removing the stock pulleys and installing the water pump pulley are a snap its the installation of the crank pulley that you will need someone to hold a convertor bolt to prevent the engine from turning when torquing the bolt.
DO NOT USE A IMPACT GUN FOR INSTALLATION!!

I would love to have 4.10's but I could set it up on the Xcal but then if i have to take it to the dealer i can no longer just return it to stock when it has 410's in it.

I brought my car to the dealer with the 4.10s installed. Unless they drive it for a long distance, they wont have any idea of the gear swap.

If you do the pullies and you never done it before, I recommend having a mod friendly dealer do it, the guys that do this for a living will use an airwrench to take them off and install new one, will use a sealant to prevent oil leaks (many do it yourselfers fail to do this).
Using an impact wrench is a skill, if you have that skill it will be ok, you are not going to see a mechanic do it by locking converter, however if you are going to do it yourself: don't use the impact wrench to INSTALL; only to REMOVE.

The torque spec is 66ft lbs, Loosen bolt 1 full turn, then torque to 37ft lbs, and then a 1/2 turn past that, how else would you hold the engine from turning when making the final turn??? Even a skilled Impact gun Mechanic wouldnt install the bolt with a gun because there is a torque sequence.
The installation bolt is a bit longer then the actual crank bolt, if you drive it in with a impact gun it will bottom out and cause possible damage.
Naturally you would use the impact gun for removal and not installation.

How much of a benefit will an Intake give on a MM? I already have a KN Filter in the car will a JLT intake make much more of a difference?
