My wife and I always figured the leather jackets were worth maybe $ 300.00 new. I never took the collectibility factor into consideration. I still have my original jacket, hanger, bag, box, Marauder label, dealer advertising card, etc., all in mint condition. Maybe they'll all be worth alot down the line, as the Marauders age and start changing hands in the used car market, to people who didn't have the chance to get a jacket. I know that I really thought the leather jacket idea was a pretty cool marketing one. But, actually receiving my jacket was a running battle that took me 5 months back in 2004. Honestly, I don't think I would sell mine. I'm very happy with my Marauder leather jacket. It fits me right, looks cool on me, and I like wearing it in the fall and winter when I'm driving my big red Marauder!

PS: My Marauder ownership experience has been strictly first rate and utterly enjoyable, despite all of the problems that some owners have had. I haven't had one warranty repair problem with my Marauder, so far. I'll be doing my 4.10:1 gears and a performance tune next month. Then I'll fly even faster in big red!

The original MM merchandise pamphlet had them listed at $299.95. Don't think that I'd let mine go either even though I only wear it in the late spring or early fall.
