:censor: me!

what are you paying for 100/300/100 coverage in Phoenix? I'm reloing there and they're trying to rape for $1255 for pleasure only.

no claims, no accidents, 35 years old. I'm paying under $500 a year in houston now. same company....I don't get it.

Super high theft and uninsured motorists problems. I lived there for 14 months and within that time frame knew of 8 people including my roommate that got their cars stolen. My roomate had two stolen, one at a gas station and one from the apartment complex.

I live in Ahwatukee, a Phoenix mailing address in area code 85044. I have two cars and the house with State Farm. I pay approx. $430.00 every six months for the Marauder and I have the coverage amounts you mentioned.

While doing some research on the net about MM's I came across some list that places the MM as the 8th most stolen vehicle.

If Phoenix indeed has a high theft rate I'm guessing that being number eight on the top ten list of the most stolen isn't going to help your insurance premiums.

I live in Philadelphia area and I pay $ 1,700 per year with State Farm and hgave the 100-300 as well. And I have no chargeable accidents in over 40 years of driving, never received a moving violation, and am almost eligible for social security. I also have full tort. In Pennsylvania you can have the full tort which you must have in many instances in order to be able to sue for injuries. Pennsylvania had horrific insurance rates, especially in the Philadelphia area, up till a few years ago but there has been some insurance reform that has slowed increases or even lowered them in some cases.

Welcome to Arizona, I will check my Geico policy once I find it but I can tell you it is expensive here. Also I see alot of really bad drivers here, not sure of the statistics but I have never seen more cars greasy side up or on fire in my life and I have only lived here in Anthem for one year. I never thought I would say that NJ drivers are not that bad.

Otherwise it's a great state, great weather, and great places to dine.

Welcome!!!

Mr Mielnicki,
GEICO! Say it isn't so!! Yes, AZ is pricey. We have a lot of uninsured & underinsured folks out there. There are a few factors that go into a quote besides your age & vehicle. AZ credit scores which not all states do. You AZ people should call me!! I am an Independent Agent. (which means we represent alot of companies) I will give you more than an 800 # & a cute little lizard! :)

To start a new chapter in my life. I lost my wife to breast cancer in 2000, my hatred of NJ grew. I met a girl in 03 and she hated NJ as well. We sold everything, packed up our kids...shipped out my hot rods, got married out here and built a new house.
What's your reason?

I think the year has something to do with it to if I'm not mistaken. Correct me if I'm wrong I think the 300A's are cheaper.

Barry, I was shocked when we moved from upstate NY to Florida. Our insurance rates tripled. No reason, no claims, no tickets and good credit scores. Same company with 35 years experience with us and the same vehicles . Much to my surprise NY state has done a good job of controlling insurance costs and keeping uninsured motorists of the road. I suspect that Arizona has similar problems to Forida. Dennis:(
