Air Filter Reinhart S/C

How do you get acess to the air filter to clean it?

Do you remove the front part of the wheel well cover or the bottom part of the front bumper facia?

I don't recall removing anything if you attack it from under the car. Worst guess, maybe pull the front tire?

The panel behind and under the fog light needs to come off. A few screws and a push in place fastener.
